We are a London based Organic Wholefoods and Herbal Supplements store birthed from the idea that a health revolution is upon us! It’s time for us all to understand our bodies more intricately and the effects our environment and daily choices have on it.
We promote an Organic Plant-Based Diet based around Wholefoods and a Holistic view of health but this is much more than just how we eat (but that’s really important too!). The new mindset is all about understanding how everything around us is playing a pivotal role in our daily lives, the food we digest, how often we exercise, what we consume daily like TV, YouTube or social media and the people we surround ourselves with.
All these factors control our internal chemistry, which in turn impacts our level of happiness. Let’s all be honest with ourselves, we all just want to be happy and live fulfilling lives, doing things that bring us joy and spending time with our loved ones. Being more aware of the things that are getting in the way of that should be a high priority. So try that healthier diet, join the gym or start that new hobby you’ve been meaning to. Limit your exposure to things that make you feel down, take more control of your life and understand that YOU can change that whenever you like.

We think it is important for companies to make an effort to keep the planet healthy. It’s the least we can do for mother nature that gives us so much! All of our packaging is home compostable/biodegradable to EN 13432 standards, even our labels and ink are compliant.
