Join Chef Kerran Kaur (Seeds of Wild) & Aja Nova Organic for a delicious 5 course plant-based extravaganza with complimentary botanical cocktails. The evening will champion organic, plant-based, locally sourced, seasonal and holistic foods P.O.W.A.H.ED by Aja Nova Organic products (Plant-based. Organic. Wholefoods. And. Herbs). Alongside heritage foods from cultures around the world, expect great flavours, conversations, facts about the heritage of our ingredients and how cooking with these foods can help you expand your palette and benefit from the health promoting properties of a plant-based diet. This supperclub focuses on the cuisines and cultures that use food and plants to support heart health and as aphrodisiacs. Promoting wellbeing, good circulation, gut health and of course boosting libido. We use organic ingredients commonly used throughout Africa and Asia to bring you inovitive and exciting fusion dishes and our modern take on some classics.

Okra stew (Nigerian)

Stuffed Okra stewed down with vegetables, spices and green herbs. Served with crispy okra and matoke fufu (GF, nut free)

Aja products – All purpose, mixed herbs, lentils

Pastilla (Morocco)

This is a Moroccan style pastry made with mushrooms, pumpkin and walnuts, a house blended Ras El hanout and wrapped in spelt pastry. Served with sorrel harissa and fig jam, preserved key lime aioli, micro watercress/micro kale (Nuts, Gluten)

Aja products – Pumpkin seeds, walnuts, figs, all purpose, sweert spice, mixed herbs

Saag Paneer (Punjab)

Baked Chickpea and hemp paneer, kale saag cooked with galangal, ginger topped with griddled spring onion, coconut cream, lentil pappad (GF, Nut free)

Aja Products – chickpeas, all purpose, mixed herbs, lentils, hemp

Pre Dessert

Apple and ginseng seamoss Jelly, Pear granita and a Goli of ashwagandha, shatavari and maca (GF, Nut Free)

Aja products – seamoss, maca

Millionaires’ Mille Fueille (Scoctland, France)

Layers of thin shortbread, Chocolate Cremeux, maca and fig caramel, freeze dried strawberry, sesame and macuna praline (GF, nuts, sesame )

Aja products – sesame seeds, figa, maca

Tonic Wine – horny goat weed, red clover, pomegranate and apple

After dinner treat – Maca and quinoa truffles
