Chaga is most commonly taken as a tea but can also be added to food, try it out in both ways
How to prepare: (2 options): Add 1-2 tsp to a cup, add 1/2 a cup of boiled water, stir well and allow to sit for 5 – 10 mins. Then fill the cup to use as a tea, or add the paste to hot drinks, smoothies or food.
Option 2: Add 2-3 cups of water to a pot, add 2-3 tsp of Chaga mushroom powder and bring to a boil. Turn the heat down and simmer for 20mins then serve as a tea, add to hot drinks, smoothies or food.
Note: Options 2 allows the mushroom to extract more of the beneficial compounds into the water, thus creating a more powerful tea.
